Laura Ross – Human Resources
Laura Ross grew up in San Clemente, CA and moved to Oceanside in 1987. Laura and her husband Kent raised three children, and she joined the Rowan Family in 2008 as their HR Manager. Laura enjoys photography and home improvement projects, but best of all her pride and joy is her kids and grandchildren.
In Laura’s spare time she enjoys taking her camera out to photograph her family when they will let her take their pictures.
