Steve Stroder – Operations Manager
Steve Stroder began a job at the age of 19 that would take him farther than he would ever dream. He began as an electrician’s helper and learned the trade from seasoned veterans. He worked on projects large and small from hospitals, hotels, labs, grocery stores, tenant improvements, and homes, all the while, building his skills and experience to take him to the next level. A very strong work ethic, taught to him by his father, guided Steve to work hard and pursue higher positions of leadership and responsibility.
A nine-year period in Austin, Texas gave Steve the first opportunity to move into the office side of the electrical business. He became a Project Manager and continued working diligently to learn and experience as much of the business as he could.
A move back to Southern California gave him more experience in project managing which lead to an opportunity to manage Operations and Divisions. Steve has been active in WECA, ABC, AGC, CFEC, and other political affiliations supporting the electrical industry, giving him the chance to meet many people and build relationships in the industry.
On a personal note, Steve is very much a family man. He married his wife Jennifer in 1989 and has two children, Paige and Cameron, as well as a son-in-law Andrew and a new granddaughter, Teigan. Steve enjoys many outdoor activities like golf, tennis, dirt bike riding, and fly fishing. He has a strong connection with his church family in Temecula, where he has served as a youth leader and contributed his skills on many church projects.
